Another Day!

John has been helping Cate put on her socks and shoes...he can't put on his own, but he sure thinks he is a pro at somebody else's!
Oh, so intent on getting it right...forgot one thing...the sock!

Again, today was a rainy day! I thought July and August were supposed to be their dry season, guess it is a little delayed. We got up this morning, did our usual breakfast. Then, we went to the grocery store for the usual diaper run, then we came back for the usual lunch and then went down for the usual nap, got up for the usual snack. Tried to go for our usual afternoon walk but it started to rain right when we got everyone loaded up. We were able to skype with my sister, niece Maddie and nephew Luke and then we went downstairs for dinner.

We found out tonight that Sandra, a wonderful hotel person is leaving after tonight. She has been taking nursing classes and is almost done. I had the boys deliver her a little going away and thank you gift and we all got hugs. She has been the one that serves us all of our meals and has been there for us through our butchering of Spanish. We would get the occassional high 5 when we actually said something right. She is so cute and we will miss her!

As you can see, not much new is going on here...we are still praying for a fast court process but we know it is not in our hands. We will be here in Bogota as long as it is meant to be.
