"Don't tell me I'm having a bad hair day!"
Even cute Colombian children have bad hair days!
We had a wonderful rest of the day. When the boys got up from their naps, we took a long walk with the Kopka's, stopped at the park, went to Maku (a neat artesian shop) and then finished our walk back to Hotel Paris. I know I have said it in probably every post since the Kopka's showed up on Sunday, but I am so happy to have them here. For my mom and I, it is really fun to have them here to talk with and do stuff with and for the boys...their boys are absolutely wonderful with Sebastian and John. All 4 love to play together.
Shortly after we got back from our journey, we had dinner and then we settled into our room. I was able to get the movie Cars going for the kids, which they loved but, it is a long movie so we will have to finish it tomorrow night. They are now settled in bed, hopefully for the night. They are not sleeping yet, so I hope they fall asleep without too much racket!!
Love from Bogota,
Holly

Hey there! My heart was hurting for you as I read about your tears and all that you were overwhelmed with today. I remember those tears well.
It may not help now, but I promise that even though we were there for a long time and I cried a lot, in the end there were many blessings that came out of those 9 weeks. Nothing really helps, though, when your husband has to leave. It just plain stinks for all of you!
So glad your mom is there, and thrilled that the Kopkas are able to bring some joy to you as well!
I will pray for a speedy court process, so that you can all be together again ASAP. I'm sure it's killing Rhett, too.
Loving the pics! Cate's bad hair day is the best!
If you get a chance, you have to check out this amusement park/zoo we went to. We actually went twice and the kids LOVED it, and it was very reasonably priced! We could have hired and paid a driver, but we actually just took a bus...cannot for the life of me remember the name of the park or the name of the town. Ugh.
Thinking of you,
Kelly
